This is interesting Risco and Chatchai own a similar % of the company, combined it's just over 50%.
Can't see either of them getting to 90% which is a compulsory acquisition.
If a third party makes an offer it would have to be enticing enough for both to sell. The likeliest way for a successful takeover but will it happen.
