I think the finalisation of the acquisition of Victory bore is what some of the large insto's are waiting for before buying back in.
There is a big difference having 100mt and 350mt when it comes to Vanadium to make it worthwhile mining. Think of the money and time saved in us trying to drill this amount out at Unaly hill.
I reckon once this is finalised and it's officially ours, the share price will appreciate more than you think and will help with options in the scoping study.
