The issue of the new shares is subject to the clearance of funds with settlement expected next Wednesday. Funduk might try to pull out if the SP drops away.

A few years ago the then BoD became entangled with a UK mob that was going to fund the gold processing at Fortnum. However, that was iffy right from the start because of a due diligence condition if I recall correctly. We called it Fund X at the time as it had not been named; hence BBV's use of that description earlier on today. It turned out to be a fiasco, and I don't think that the then Board would mind if I said that it was well-and-truly conned. No money came in, but no money was lost either.

I wouldn't mind if this one fell off the cliff too.
