But I am sure Microsoft do not claim that they are their own, or hide the fact. There is a difference between selling something made from parts, and reselling other organisations products and trying to pass them off as your own. The problem I have is that they do not inform their stockholders.
People are spending their own money off the back of believing that UBN have their own IoT technology, but they do not.
