Device issues were ironed out by their supplier of devices, Monnit, of which UBN white-label. Industry contacts indicate that the IoT solution is too expensive, and potential customers now know that the devices are not UBN's own.
Sometimes you cannot blame a sales team for not selling, especially when you are operating in a market that is very hesitant to change, and very price sensitive.
