I've been watching UBN for a year now, and when I see how far it's dropped I just want to throw $1K at UBN and see how it goes. But then I bust out the last cash flow and P&L statement and I decide I'll continue to sit on my hands.

I agree the newsletter is a nice move however and will continue to look on with interest. I still think UBN has a good story.

A question for anyone out there, I noticed this statement on page 64 of the annual report:
'With respect to reseller agreements, revenue is recognised when an agreement is entered into.'.
Does this seem a little aggressive in financial reporting to anyone else?
