It proves that the commenters here trash-talking Urbanise's products are spreading disinformation. Probably competitors, or linked to competitors.
The PICA rollout appears to have been delayed due to change requests from the client, which Urbanise billed them $600,000+ for. This is good news because the more each system is customized to the client requirements, the more locked in they are to long term use of the platform.
