As I noted noted on my earlier posts against UBN, the Infotech M&A and recap are both poor outcomes for UBN shareholders.

UBN has just announced that its fired its CEO and COO, which confirms my view that the Infotech and recap deals were poorly considered.'
Why would you push the CEO & COO out the door if the 4 Jan announcement was such a winner!
