Curtuhair, nice point. So the bottom line is that Urbanise is getting $2M in cash plus some software developed in South Africa , and giving away a hefty $65M shares or about 20% of the Urbanise company. Unfortunately, all current shareholders will be substantially diluted by this transaction, for some software that may or may not be as good as depicted. In the meantime the company is running out of cash, and now needs to call on its loyal shareholders for another top up.
