I do not get this? How are ordinary investors getting shafted???? If you are not happy at buying at 22c as part of the rights entitlement then do not buy them and pick up on market under 22c. UBN well know at the current SP price retail investors will not bother taking up the rights offer.... BUT they know they are protected because the offer is under written. This is the 2nd time UBN have raised funds at greater than the current share price at the time.
HOW is this not brilliant????
