Almost everyone is in the red on this baby and thats why I like to cross check everything they say and do. Listed at 20c - low of 7.7c. They seem to always make an announcement just as the price is or is close to making a new low - great for a swing trade but not for long termers (heart attack stuff).

Just keep in mind that this is his first publicly listed company appointment. Dont fall for the Virgin Holdings bit (it isn't the airline per se) - it is a private company that is for all intents and purposes a shell, no employees, no real responsibilities apart from fiduciary.

As far as Lazard is concerned "special advisor" means, in my opinion, someone on retainer when they need a name.
