In a nutshell, Tully8282 tells the whole story..... and shareholders, particularly major holders and directors with over 20mil shares, should pay attention.
Cullen has $200k left in the kitty and another 200K coming by installment from the sale of certain Gold rights....
That is not enough to run the business and contribute to expenses related to Catho well JV. Therefore, one would think there are only 2 options... Sell more rights and even tenements or raise funds thru sophisticated investors with more dilution to holdings ... Because in this environment who would dare put the hand out to suffering shareholders...

I've been holding CUL shares for 12 years, and during that time the company was always in a "hand to mouth" situation with money. and SP fluctuated with market trends... They were so unlucky... We expected Cullen, with all their reconnaissance and data compilation to hit a big find... But it was SIR who came up with the Goodies, Not complaining I done well out of SIR.

Then Aquila came up with the West Pilbara Project and the place exploded and CUL SP rocketed from 3c to 21c... We thought that's it....With such a project everyone could prosper.
But it went off track because of infighting and we endured 5 years of stagnation and then came Boasteel to the rescue ...
And yes, once again we got excited and partied for few days before the 'resource bust' showed it's ugly stinking face and Iron ore became a curse than a blessing.

We all know life is 10% ability and 90% luck.... but some times one has to make their own luck..... Cullen has the Ability.... and major stakeholders should help it make its luck.

Many small mining companies are changing course, some are into Bitcoin trading others are into Brain "Memory Chips " to the cheers of punters.... Cullen should look at new options and follow sentiment and not timing... we all have to change... times are changing..
According to this weekend Fairfax papers, The third part of resource boom is starting... Production.....
I believe that.... China could rebuild the infrastructure of whole of Asia in coming years... starting with their $5 billion project just signed with Pakistan... Throw in India's potential... and one can see ... there are still a role for the likes of little Cullen. Albeit in a different outfit..
e.g. Mineral exploration consultancy? The likes of Boasteel... Fortescue etc as clients..... most have completely stopped their own explorations even BHP......
Naturally, it helps if the new business sells all old cutlery starting with their 30% with API... At the right time and price of course.....ZZ

Agree with the changing of direction idea.
I have been quite happy with Aziana and what they are achieving at the moment.
I have loved Cullen for a lot of years and have traded it, and done very well.
Always by on lows and do really well on the run ups.
It has always shown a lot of promise.
Only recently bought some for my kids with some of their money.
Better than bank interest on a run up.
Perhaps the time has come to backdoor something with some technology into this.
Peter Wall is the man they should be talking to.
This where the money is at the moment.
