"Ramp up to full scale commercial silver extraction at Twin Hills will occur during the September Quarter at an annualised rate of 1.5 to 2 million ounces per annum."

My comments:

That's exactly what AYN are doing. AYN never said that they would be producing silver at an annualised rate of 1.5 to 2 million ounces per annum in the September 2011 quarter.

For example, it was not until 24th. August that the pilot scale plant was replaced by the commercial scale Merrill Crowe circuit.

See 12/09/2011 ASX announcement "Set For Full Silver Mine Commissioning By End Of September."

There's a significant difference imo between "Silver Mine Commissioning" and steady state production.
