Yes a dumb question, but where, if there is need for additional funding is the money being spent.......we aren't supplying the content, these partners' are supposedly taking care of the marketing(in their own time). This 'Build It and They Will Come' business plan is falling short at the They Will Come stage.......ie: 10 000 subscribers will be moved over to the new Tv2u platform in Africa allowing for immediate revenue generation
