How i see it, this ain't so bad. Is it the best form of raising capital? No. But if you look at what we get - being potentially 23 months of 300k worth of capital per month if needed it's actually quite good and will stem fears of further capital requirements. And it's up to us how many shares we want to issue (between $100-300k). It's better that we have money to do what needs to be done rather than have a shoestring budget.

As for the security being all of the company's assets, I agree that a line has been drawn in the sand. Come December 2020 we will be chugging along nicely or in the graveyard.

Putting the IP into TV2U will be an absolutely massive show of confidence going forward and i will query Nick regarding this on the next webinar as it was mentioned in the January edition.
