    Actually another good point, 40mil of collateral shares we had agreed to issue under the 1.2mil CN is now reduced to ZERO. And we extended the payment holiday to after April.

    so effectively, TV2 has 7.2mil + 500k + 1.2mil = 8.9mil of CN funding...
