Nick (Talico) owned it all before this binding agreement. If you really believe he had a hidden agenda then ask yourselves why would he go through all this just to take back what was his?
It’s in his best interest to make TV2 as successful as possible. There’s more money to be made for him as the company progresses than packing his stuff and leaving as some of you like to assume.
