Your points are very valid Oze, I think there are only 3 certainties in life at this stage, death, taxes and the undervaluation of the worth of this company and it's assets.

Here's to the 3rd point being turned around sooner than later, and maybe one day the tax thingy being sorted also (not holding my breath on that one :)
