Information received back from ASX, the complaint I raised was in regards to the most recent placement.
ASX have informed me that the company appears to have complied with listing rules, although I have again asked for clarification wether they have to advise the market who the recipient/s of the placement were.

I love their use of the word: appears .....

As for the other part of the complaint re: acting in the best interests of the shareholders, ASX advised me to forward it onto ASIC...... done.
