Unless G King's perseverance is ego driven, maybe to "achieve" a dream of running an ASX200 company, it is actually in his benefit (given his number of shares) if he leaves and hands it to someone who has fresh and better ideas. But the game will not change if a replacement is someone with King doing backseat driving. So, unless a replacement is totally distanced and without any link to G King (or any of the existing management members), I would be extremely weary of participating in any CR too early.
