My take on this is that we can now offer clients the high end, pure powders for certain applications. Where this is not competitive / required, we can offer the lower end blends. We need to get in the loop to start with, and that starts with our costs being competitive to traditional methods, hence the lower end blend.
There would be no point using the pure powder for applications that don't require it
