Rudd is doing bare minimum, which is nothing. anything he suggests gets him less popular in the votes.. T Abbot questions today if climate change is real or if it has any negative impacts.. and his populrity is soaring (although 87% of people now believe in climate change.
TSI deals in dirty power which is bad in the long term but has significant exposure to wind (which has been proven bad i.e not profitable) in the short term.. So i think over the 50 years or so it'll probably take to see real change in how our power is delivered, TSI might be well positioned.
