This is usually a fairly thinly traded stock and the price usually over-reacts both up and down because of this. With a div of $0.084 it's a pretty big buy at these prices. At the current price of 74.5c thats a yield of 11.27%.
I noticed in the announcement today that eligible holders can apply for more than they are entitled too at 70c. I'll be applying for all i can afford. There is minimal downside, a good yield and potential for good capital growth.
