My understanding is that the net proceeds are split 70-30 with Gel Resources.

Payments to Saracen for processing are via the terms of an Ore Purchase Agreement between SAR and HAW (I don't know the $ details of that agreement). But the agreement is for up to 750,000 tonnes of ore and HAW has only delivered 319,000 tonnes so far. So I expect there's plenty more to come in the first half of this year. And no doubt both parties would be happy to extend the agreement if HAW comes up with more resources at Trouser Legs.
