    The 8 mile ground could offer some real upside. Patience is hard but just a matter of hanging in there.
    Time likes this offer best opportunity to get a position in a quality managed spec play without sending the price into orbit. Too much class here for the news to be ave forever. Tide always turns on the better plays.
