From some of the players around the market the 8 mile ground sounds like a bit of a score for MBK.

It is a good sign MBK have secured this. Shows they are on the ball and have true desire to build this company. It will take time to work through the steps but it just further opens up the realm of potential.

Management are A class. You don't achieve the previous success they did without a lot of grit and ability to work through the many roadblocks which can appear.

Month to month travels pretty fast - is this the perfect time to buy? Is this the lull in the eye of the storm? This is the task of the short term trader or indeed any investor - purchase stock under fair value - swim against the tide - purchase the A graders in times of poor sentiment. The natural flow of the market opens up these opportunities when the hot money is not around.

So we are now transitioning into progressing a couple of projects. So we have 2 sets of news flow. Important to not let one project progress at the sacrifice of the other.

I'm sure MBK can handle this with aplomb but it never ceases to amaze me where you will assume this will happen only to return 3 or 6 months later and that is exactly what's happened.

It would be good to see more detail on upcoming drill programs similar to SVY when chasing the motherlode. It can build excitement.

Everything good always takes longer to achieve.
