Yes, it is a Copper smelter and it is 3.5 mtpa and is now scheduled to come on-line 3/4 qtr 2019 and this is due to the Indonesian government regulations.

Please don't jump to conclusions about it being a manganese smelter all I said was they are going to build a smelter and as Freeport and Medco are in the copper mining business it goes without saying it would be a copper smelter.
