Doubt it will happen how do you take your money and go home when it's all tied up in Real Estate, the sell down would destroy investors funds and destroy the company in the process, I doubt the IAB would force a sell off as it's a lose lose situation only, no winners with going down that road.
This company has to worth more than it's last Real Estate purchase one would hazard a guess at these prices.
