Just got home , just saw it haven't read it all . Wow what a BS offer. Traditionally these guys use shareholder capital to carry them to production then shaft share holders at the last minute with a bull sheet low ball offer . I have held these shares through thick & thin to get 33 cents when I paid up to 32 cents for them . I could have made heaps elsewhere . On their own figures the project will generate vastly more than 33 cents . Wasn't it supposed to have an internal rate of return of 32% . I'm not sure of what they got 59% - & what the implications are for small shareholders - but really what's the point of having taken all this risk - just to have the project taken from us at the last minute. I got to digest all this now .
