A hypothetical question : So if your a director of a publically listed company - or a whole board , can you cut a deal with one party - in this case who holds 19.6 per cent & not even inform the rest of the shareholders . But even worse - to work with that sole shareholder & reach business decisions about the WHOLE COMPANY with this sole party , then one day just inform all the other shareholders you've done this deal without their knowledge . Also the unknowing shareholders have been oblivious to what's been going on & have been buying & selling their shares without this full discloser. Really o come on - run that past your corporate lawyers
