I was pretty sure that Brett & related entities of the Edwards F/T were not Directors, so glad I didn't miss something.
I met Brett at the most recent AGM...Enjoyed my little chat with him. In fact, he suddenly was thrust into chairing it when All of our Directors chose not to attend. Funny really, as he looked as dumbfounded as I did. We never did get an explanation for that did we? Maybe they just had something better to attend.....
