I think the hope here is if another party takes a stake . Another party wouldn't need to pick up much to stuff up their plan in the medium term . Sure they are trying to cut minority shareholders out of the action , but there could be more to come . I'm holding

I'm not sure how this could happen in a real sense.

Once they hit 75% shareholding (and don't forget they started with over 65%) they can pass a special resolution to take the company public and simply pay out the remaining shareholders anyway...
