Yes an interesting read. As I see it, Tremont cannot use their 19.6% towards the share threshold of 75%. Plus if there s a low vote turnout, this may impact the courts decision on whether this goes ahead. Maybe "abstaining" could bring a different result
My expectations for CXX are/were far higher than the offer. I have the sensation that I have been corralled. Buying into spec mining companies means, given the risk involved, that you have to aim for multi baggers. It's just risk reward.
