I think you're forgetting they were trying to equity raise prior to this and had to suspend the stock for months. Perhaps they couldn't get a better deal? or tremont played the board well. Either way, I still don't see the lack of transparency or your despair.
The price at this point was ~20c...
33c is a lot higher? with no future risk?
