I disagree, i think its a great deal.
It creates short term (Eagle Ford), medium term (Cooper Basin) and longer term (Carnarvon/Canning Basin) value drivers rather than just a handful of longer term drivers with a shareholder base expecting short term results.
Smart move by NSE.
