I am not down ramping unless you are up ramping? Do more research snd you will see its not the best area - not saying it is crap - and it depends on what they paid for it and I highlighted what MHR paid for Peeler.

Flow rates are important but IP24 is not - too easy to "manipulate" as in observed or extrapolated.
