Here is the facts. There are more of them about the Cooper basin assets. I am still working on them. The Cooper Basin assets are great. Nearly proven resources over there.

Ambassasor O&G was looking to farm this out for some time. This is a very good asset. It's at the middle of one of two main basins of Cooper Basin.
