I understand that the Deals cannot go through without shareholders' votes!
Instead of being dissatisfied with the managements, why not campaigning the shareholders to vote against it! And at the same time we might have a chance to get some new people to run this company ?
It seemed to me that majority of the shareholders including those whom sold out are very unhappy with the managements decisions.
I do not like the deal either !
We should all vote NO NO NO !
