Briefly my take is that current production is not inspiring and we have no idea of: >No.of wells drilled and period >Production rates and depletion rates of each well >Product mix >variability of field >success share performance hurdles, you mention >Management and production costs
This is not my area of expertise(though I do have a technical background) and I'm sure there are many other variables to consider.
The big cost of course is the drill cost and at $7M a pop the above numbers are critical. Regards
