I think the biggest question at the moment is why haven't management been entirely transparent about this transaction?
There is a severe lack of material information about the EFS acquisition. It shouldn't be up to shareholders to try and fill in these information gaps. Surely, one would deem this missing information as market sensitive that requires disclosure so shareholders can make "informed decisions".
