- debt
- no near term development of OZ shales.
Can you say that NSE would not have been better served buying acreage in Eagleford Shale on the free market?
I know STX might have been willing to sell theirs, for example, for lot less (albeit requiring development expenditure).
With that cash, why didn't NSE just approach AQO for a modest farmin to PEL 570?
