this is total crap as far as i am concerned. well thats my technical and commercial take on it anyway.

these directors are taking us for a ride. c/r not far off at bargain basement prices soon to effect this total deal as anatol and others have quite clearly pointed out.

if they are trying to start some sort of t/o bidding war between all these majors then better try something else i think.

to pull this deal off (assuming it gets voted in) they need to raise money now. c/r ann coming in 2 weeks max i reckon for lets say 8-10c.
