Anatol,
If you think Magnum will takeover NSE at $1 at the end of next year (the only reason for this whole transaction would be for the OZ acreage), why don't they just do it now, rather than going about the pantomime of giving NSE acres and a credit line in return for cash and shares? Also, there are no plans to drill in OZ in 2014 yet.
