Surprising to say the least when there are flow rates on property to compare with (no need to go to neighbours) and sale of same acreage a year earlier.
It's a question of whether what was paid was too high or not and whether being exposed to CDP is worth it.
Wouldn't hurt my feelings at all if NSE shot up today, tomorrow and all next week. Just don't think this is the deal to do it and from my own portfolio strategy point of view not something I wanted for expansion or diversification.
What I really what to see is the EUR/IRR for those success shares to be issued.
