If Beston used the conversion of loans to Scorpio to acquire the balance of the business, and sold the Colac facility, and is now buying the Shepparton facility so Scorpio can pay back further debt and creditors it must have been a pretty bleak situation before conversion. It makes you wonder about the due diligence on the initial investment.

If they can post a profit for the year after that it will be a huge turnaround.
