I agree. My comment on hindsight was not a response to your question about value. It was a response to your earlier post about TSE not being perfect and 'falling'.
I simply gave my view on where I see value. Yes it's just my belief. However, to keep it objective (not that we have to, trading is largely about subjective assessments):
- TSE did reject the bid, that's a fact. Read into it what you will.

Well I'd rather not say in case of breaching license agreements etc. It's one that many professional investors use to analyse company fundamentals. I don't regard consensus price either, but it is another indicator we can look at.
