Being diversified for the sake of it is not that helpful; for it makes money in just one business segment. It would be more profitable if it were actually less diversified.

I am assuming you are referring to the DIBP contract.
If so, it is funny how different people can have a totally different takes on things (which is what makes a market, I suppose).
For this aspect that appears to cause you to be excited is one that I think reflects an uncomfortably high degree of customer concentration, and one that becomes acutely so when it is considered that this single customer accounts for all of the company's profitability, and more.

I don't have a view either way about this, but why do you think it to be the case?
