I'm not by any means an analyst or economist but I bought transfield at 82c some time ago and sold at a successful $1.36 or thereabouts. TSE has gone through massive restructure (look back at the anouncements) and the share price had elevated from a low of 60c to a high of close to $2 within a year. Diane Smith-Gander was a huge positive for the company at the time she was allocated chairwoman and the sp began to reflect that immediately. Transfield remains a diversified company which in itself is a rarity. I don't like small talk, which is what is happening now with relation to the asylum seeker contract. Whether allegations put against staff are correct or incorrect is something that needs to be proven in the Courts. The fact is Transfield has been trusted with a billion + dollar contract. Let the facts do the talking for now. FYI i bought at $1.17 and i hold. This company also remains a T.O target for the medium-long term.
