Can shares still be transfered if the transferor is fulfilling his role as Big Choppers ... Boob Cat in the shower room at Silverwater ...?? The man likes fast money ...!!
Surely the Board want this done and dusted .... and Poole excised from the company asap .... is not removing him a dereliction of the Boards Fiduciary duty...? Akin to a surgeon leaving a cancerous tumour in a patient on the operating table...?? Or a school's caretaker leaving doggy doo lying around the playground before the kids come out ... ??
