Yepp - great outcome this.

$43M free-carry to be spent on oil opportunities on the western flank. Makes perfect sense with the price of oil.

In addition, Senex receive full interest I the unconventional gas acreage which they can JV up again!

6 trading days until we see the quarterly report which could contain significant catalysts for a pricing re-rate!

Exciting times to be an owner of this gem
